The Role:

We are looking to expand our sales team by creating new quality conversations with the right people at the right companies. The person we are looking for will have a passion and the ability to rapidly learn and display a level of "grit" in seeing problems through to completion. YOU'VE GOT:

  • 4+ years of outbound business development experience
  • Quick thinking with an ability to navigate a variety of early sales conversations
  • Tenacious outbound skills where you'll utilize our jointly created research and messaging to book productive sales introductions
  • Background in account and lead identification using research tools
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing team on market sensing and feedback
  • Experience selling consulting or services
  • Extraverted and unflappable personality
  • Experience with eCommerce or digital services is a plus
  • High internal locus of control
  • Understanding of ABM
  • A deep love of learning and experimenting
