About The Opportunity

The Solutions and Technology team is looking for an Offer Manager to oversee a specific set of offers from conception to market launch, and to leverage commercial strategies that drive adoption of new offers in the market globally. You will engage with product management, sales teams, partners and external customers to understand customer needs, and translate those needs into viable solutions. Your initiatives will drive an evolution of the Avaya commercial strategy, as Avaya solutions evolve to deliver best in class customer experience solutions.

You should also have experience in pricing and commercial strategies for enterprise cloud communications solutions, Unified Communications, Contact Center applications and Services. You should also have a balance of technical and business / market expertise, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive profit maximization.


•Manages a specific set of offers from conception to end of life acting as a subject matter expert for those offers.

•Acts as a voice of the customer translating their needs into financially viable solutions.

•Applies a balance of technical and business/market expertise to create offers that address customer needs, complement the company's strategy, and contribute to the company's financial success.

•During major transitions such as market launch or withdrawal will plan and execute the transition to competitive advantage and eliminate revenue risk for Avaya and our customers.

•Builds connections across functions with internal stakeholders, such as product & program management, marketing, services, sales, and go-to-market so that the offer is a holistic solution for customers and absorbed quickly and successfully in the market.

•Works independently and exercises judgement within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

About You

EXPERIENCE


•Strong Experience in launching new solutions to market.

•Solid background in Cloud, Unified Communications and/or Contact Center applications.

•Demonstration of quantifiable success in previous roles.

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

•5+ years of experience in the industry

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


•Ability to work and drive success in a cross-functional team environment, including globally diverse teams.

•Big picture thinking on emerging technologies, services, and solutions.

•Strong understanding of pricing strategies and data driven pricing analytics

Compensation

The pay range for this opportunity is from $101,500 to $137,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
