Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team.

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our product portfolio, identifying new product opportunities, and working closely with our suppliers to ensure the availability of products in our stores.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the convenience store industry, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions
Manage product inventory and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand
Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product selection and pricing
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective product marketing campaigns
Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback on products and make necessary improvements
Train and educate store staff on new products to ensure proper merchandising and sales techniques
Monitor competitor products and pricing to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to make strategic recommendations for the company's product portfolio

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the convenience store industry
Strong understanding of product development, pricing, and inventory management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel for store visits and supplier meetings as needed
