About Houston

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

By bringing many global functional groups together, the campus provides employees with the tools and capabilities needed today, and in the future, to achieve business objectives and accelerate the discovery of new resources, technologies and products. It was designed to foster improved collaboration, creativity and innovation and enhance the company's ability to attract, develop and retain the top talent in the industry.

The campus is located in Spring, Texas, on 385 wooded acres immediately to the west of Interstate Highway 45 (I-45), at the intersection of I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road, approximately 25 miles from the cultural vibrancy of downtown Houston.

What role you will play in our team
  • ExxonMobil is seeking HR professionals to join our dynamic global team driving competitive advantage through our people
  • This role will lead the development and execution of talent strategies in partnership with business leaders. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and be able to translate them into actionable plans that deliver added value. You will look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. You will need the ability to think strategically, execute thoughtfully, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations

What you will do
  • Work in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems, root causes and drive valuable solutions
  • Lead talent strategies leveraging data insights to improve business performance in partnership with other business leaders
  • Deliver change management plans, communications and enabling processes that support talent strategies
  • Have a strong drive to create a positive work environment, leveraging a highly diverse workforce
  • Interface across all levels of the organization
  • Operate with autonomy and discretion in a complex and rapidly changing work environment
  • Have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of human resources experience in any of the following areas: Business Partner / Talent Strategy Development, Labor relations, Compensation, Benefits & Program Design, Talent Design, HR Technology, Manufacturing
  • Proven ability to deliver HR solutions based on analytical insights

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience supporting hourly employee groups / in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, either formal or informal
  • You should be willing to relocate within the US
