Qualification Summary:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in housekeeping management in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with housekeeping software and systems.
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques and products.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certification in housekeeping or facility management is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
