  • Experience: Minimum 1 year customer service experience is required. Work experience in healthcare setting preferred.
  • Skills: Minimum 25-30 wpm typing proficiency.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate communication regarding the day-to-day activities in North Region Sterile Processing
  • Schedule meetings and make room reservations
  • Communicate team happenings to front line staff through email, bulletin boards, newsletters and/or social media
  • Support maintenance of employee files
  • Order, replenish and organize supplies
  • Compile performance improvement data
  • Assist SPD team with ad hoc projects
  • Ideal candidate will have the ability to travel between all 6 North Region hospitals
