  • 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.

  • Oracle and SAP billing experience.
    What You Will Be Doing
    Daily Responsibilities
    • Performs processing of credit card cash receipts.
    • Performs processing of lockbox cash receipts.
    • Research history to determine the appropriateness of cash refunds, prepare documentation for approval, and perform processing of refund requests once approved by management.
    • Process payment transfer requests.
    • Research payment application history.
    • Operates in the phone queue answering customer calls.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
