POSITION DUTIES

The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative and programmatic support to the Workforce and Technology Center (WTC) Workforce Services operations and administrative staff including the Program Manager, Staff Specialists, Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisor, Administrator, and Teacher Supervisor. This role supports the provision of the administrative operations of the department and its six units, as part of the Administrative team.\r

Job Duties Include:��\r
\r
\r
Provides administrative support, program and unit support, procurement/fiscal duties, and office management.�\r
Works collaboratively with all DORS/WTC staff and consumers, agency vendors, community partners, and other stakeholders.�\r
Provides specialized assistance in supporting WTC core and customized partnership training programs, Business Advisory Boards, WTC graduations, center counseling/case management, and other program needs throughout the department.�\r
Adheres to federal and state laws and regulations, as well as Division and Center policies and procedures.\r

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

\r

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.\r
\r
\r
Experience:�Four years performing secretarial work or clerical work involving typing duties.\r
\r
\r

1. Additional secretarial or clerical experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.\r
\r
2.
