Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Lead team efforts for marketing, strategy development, prospect identification, and proposal preparation
  • Accountable for overall project performance and new business objectives

Project Management

  • Engage with clients, participate in community activities, and promote Black & Veatch
  • Support market strategies and client engagement initiatives

Project Execution

  • Oversight of project activities, budgeting, and commercial management
  • Lead project performance reviews and ensure implementation of project goals

Staff Management

  • Develop and mentor team members
  • Provide coaching for performance improvement and recommend training and promotions
Management Responsibilities

Act as a project manager with a focus on leading project teams and ensuring project success.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Over 10 years of experience in civil engineering design services
  • Experience with BIM projects
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements
