They are looking for a dynamic Senior Benefits Specialist to join their team The Senior Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing the employee benefits frograms while also maintaining focus on health and welfare. The ideal Senior Benefits Specialist will have global experience in benefits administration.
Senior Benefits Specialist Responsibilities:
Manage and administer employee benefit programs with a focus on health and welfare
Utilize global expertise to ensure benefits compliance across regions
Collaborate with HR teams to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Senior Benefits Specialist Requirements:
5 to 7 years of direct benefits experience
Focused primarily on health and welfare
Global experience required
Professional/corporate setting background
Specialized in health and welfare programs
Proven global experience in benefits administration
Background in a professional/corporate setting
Hybrid work model
On-site presence required three days per week in downtown Chicago
