Job Summary: Belle Meade Country Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and service teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in food and beverage management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including the dining room, bar, banquet services, and outdoor dining areas.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance member and guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and update menus, ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity.
  • Manage and train food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Plan and execute special events, functions, and private parties.
  • Address and resolve member and guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a country club or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
