Role Overview:

  • Education: Minimum 4-year college degree – preferably business or supply chain focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Global Brand to achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead Projects on the Brand's operational business needs specifically related to Supply Chain - Quality, Customer Service, Cost and Inventory.
  3. Identify, communicate, and participate in the resolution of critical areas of risk around project and related mitigation strategies on a timely basis.
  4. Understand bill of materials, support and drive packaging changes enabling supply chain sufficiency or enhance NOP for the brand.


Ensure that business risks (both short term and long term) are identified, translated into Brand impacts and effectively communicated to the appropriate Global/Regional stakeholders to support strategic decision making by partnering with Global and Regional supply chain key players.

Provide brand point-of-view on critical priorities to Agility, GSR,VA and VRO cross functional partners

Manage Global SKU Portfolio and SKU Transitions.

Manage Agility transfer and maintain internal tracking to ensure awareness on sku movements.

Analytics on MOQ and Inventory levels to validate projects to help determine viability of projects.

Where used analysis to ensure comprehensive scoping and communication with internal partners on execution such as promo/NPL..


Capabilities:

Knowledge of the interactions and interplays between supply and demand within the operational horizon (2-12 months)

Highly analytical – analyzes data and provides clear / fact-based presentations to stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to successfully manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously
