Strategic Sales Leadership Opportunity: Sales Leader


Are you a proven new business seller, in the medical imaging space?


A leading innovator in AI native diagnostic imaging informatics is looking for a Sales Leader, to cover the South Territory. This role is pivotal for individuals passionate about driving technology adoption in healthcare settings through strategic sales and leadership.


Job Summary: The Sales Director will be responsible for spearheading commercial efforts within the region. This position offers the unique opportunity to blend high-level strategic direction with hands-on sales execution, targeting key healthcare institutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting hospitals, imaging centers, and other healthcare entities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations, emphasizing the advantages of our enterprise imaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to junior sales staff, promoting a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Represent our organization at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and engage with stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in informatics sales within the healthcare industry, preferably including Mammography.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic growth plans that align with the overarching mission of improving healthcare through technology.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and team development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively negotiating and influencing diverse audiences.
