Role Overview:

We’re looking for a funky, fresh creative specialist who can expertly navigate between brand design, graphic design, and web design. Your ability to create, refine, and execute across these core areas will ensure our clients' brands stand out and resonate deeply with their audiences (from motorcycle enthusiasts to BBQ lovers or 65+ year-old Medicare patients).


You:

Constantly on the bleeding edge of design trends, seeks artistic inspiration in all forms, and is not scared to introduce BOLD designs and ideas—can get weird when the project calls for it. (You probably have an IG dedicated to your latest inspo, or a crazy art project in your house that you've been trying to finish.) You can explain your design theory to a client and pull out productive feedback that bring projects to the finish line successfully.

What You’ll Do:

1. Brand Design:

  • Develop and refine brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, moodboards, aesthetics and other brand elements that reflect the unique character of each client.
  • Create comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all visual communications.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to establish and maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.


2. Graphic Design:

  • Design visually compelling graphics for a variety of mediums, including social media posts, marketing materials, digital ads, and print collateral.
  • Work on a wide range of projects, from promotional materials to in-depth branding campaigns, ensuring every piece aligns with the overall brand strategy.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Lightroom, and other design software to produce high-quality visual content.


3. Web/Email Design:

  • Design and develop aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites using platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, and MailChimp.
  • Ensure that website designs are aligned with the client’s brand identity, providing a seamless user experience.
  • Implement light web design tasks, such as updating existing websites, creating new page layouts, and optimizing for performance and mobile responsiveness.


4. Video Design & Editing:

  • Design and edit video assets that align with brand narratives and marketing strategies.
  • Use video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, TikTok, IG Reels and other software to create engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
  • Work on a variety of video projects, from short-form social content to promotional videos for social ads, ensuring each piece is visually consistent with the brand.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Photo & Video Editing: Enhance and refine photos and videos to align with brand narratives, using Adobe Suite and other editing tools.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, strategize, and execute creative concepts that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
  • Client Interaction: Lead client meetings, present creative ideas, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet client expectations.


Your Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, photo/video editing, and web design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other design and editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in web design on platforms like Squarespace and WordPress, with a keen eye for UX/UI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine curiosity and interest in our clients' industries.
