The Position

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in fueling ARMS’s growth by generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to improving public safety through innovative software solutions.

 

What You Will Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their unique needs.
  • Schedule product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of ARMS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales tactics and strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ARMS products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote ARMS solutions.

What You Wil Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or public safety sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a driven, results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
