We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RMA management supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for service RMA management including troubleshooting of customer service request, in house server system repairs, firmware updates and failure verification, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics etc.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Including the following duties, other duties may also be assigned:
  • Troubleshooting, approve RMA cases and generate RMA report
  • Daily handling outbound RMA replacement including: pick part(s), pack, and ship
  • Daily handling inbound RMA return shipments including: physical part inspection, update receiving record in Service System
  • Assist Service Engineer to repair customer returned units and generate repair reports
  • Duplicate and verify reported failures on returned RMA parts
  • Update firmware on stock and incoming spare parts as needed
  • Oversee and manage service warehouse inventory
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts as directed
  • Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
  • Incoming Service inventory stock: ensure request and receive quantities accurately, single pack and print out corresponding part information label
  • Outbound inventory management: ensure outbound quantity accurately, single pack and print out corresponding part information label


Qualifications

  • University degree or above
  • 2 years of experience in technician-related roles preferred
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with SAP for inventory management is helpful.
