Given that Lyte Fiber is a marketing-led organization, this role is critical for the company’s success. The ideal Senior Manager, Marketing candidate should be an experienced, organized and energetic self-starter with a successful track record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This high-visibility role will have direct oversight and responsibility for all marketing-related efforts at Lyte Fiber, to include branding, website, campaigns, digital marketing, external events and advertising, ensuring that all of these efforts align with the company’s business objectives and community values.  The Senior Manager, Marketing will also provide regular reports and presentations to the company’s Executive Team on campaigns and KPI’s, as well as competitive intelligence in the communities in which the company serves and has targeted for future expansion.  These roles and functions will evolve over time as the company grows, and Lyte Fiber is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing who will grow with the company.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:


·       Develop and maintain the company’s marketing strategy to align with its values and business goals

·       Oversight and management of external marketing firms and PR agencies

·       Lead and manage all digital and social media campaigns, which requires working knowledge of Facebook, Nextdoor and Instagram

·       Responsible for the design, build and ongoing updates of the company’s website and online presence

·       Manage and maintain the company’s CRM and all marketing-related software platforms

·       Coordinate marketing campaigns with all sales activities

·       Oversee the marketing budget and all marketing-related activities and projects

·       Create and manage to all marketing-related KPI’s, maintaining regular internal reports and presentations for the Company’s Executive Team

·       Manage the creation, review and publishing of all print and digital marketing materials

·       Maintain a competitive intelligence database across the company’s current and future network footprint

·       Create, plan and implement all company-related promotions

·       Maintain and uphold Lyte Fiber’s company brand and identity

·       Manage and coordinate, in conjunction with the VP of Community Development, all community outreach efforts and events across the company’s regions

·       Create and analyze strategic partnerships for marketing purposes for consideration by the company’s Executive Team

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent in a related field

·       Minimum of 7 years in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a manager role

·       Leadership and management skills to develop, coach, and direct the performance of a team to achieve goals and objectives

·       Proven track record of successfully initiating, leading and managing marketing campaigns

·       Strong understanding of telecommunications marketing and industry practices is preferred

·       Excellent leadership, public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Physical Demands and Work Environment

·       Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

·       Must be able to perform physical activities such as bending, standing, climbing and walking in construction areas

·       Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times

·       Will require travel as needed to meet with regional staff, customers and market visits

·       May require working outside regular business hours to address urgent service delivery issues.
