Sales Representative


About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join their team. This role is essential for driving sales efforts, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales activities using HubSpot, building and nurturing client relationships, and possessing an in-depth understanding of both the product and client needs. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate technical terms to non-technical clients and ideally have a background in financial services. The compensation for this role is base salary + commission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Management:
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage all sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales processes.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to support strategic decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Client Relationship Building:
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients proactively.
  • Product and Client Understanding:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Understand client industries and challenges to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Technical Communication:
  • Translate complex technical information into clear and concise terms for non-technical clients.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients to ensure client needs are fully met.
  • Sales Activities:
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a technical and/or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Financial literacy and the ability to understand and discuss financial products.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
