What we need from you:
- Experience - 2+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager
- Licensed - Active Property and Casualty license
- Knowledgeable - Proficiency in insurance expertise and knowledge of insurance products, markets, and ratings
- Software - Familiar with insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
Responsibilities:
- Assist with renewing and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Answer any client’s questions regarding billing, claims, coverage questions, etc.
- Utilize marketing strategies to create new business opportunities by conducting outside sales.
- Compile data on insurance policy changes and records
- Oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, and finalize sales
