Bee Sweet Citrus is a grower, packer, and shipper of citrus, a leader in the agriculture industry. We're seeking an energetic individual to manage one of our fresh citrus packing lines, overseeing sortation and packing of over one million cartons annually.
Duties- Supervise line managers responsible for packing crew, graders, and general labor staff
- Operate cutting-edge machinery and equipment to maintain production efficiency
- Train and develop labor forces to achieve job success
- Comply with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and laws on a daily basis
- Proven leadership skills with at least 2+ years' experience
- Inventory management expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (dependent on experience)
