Job Description:

As a Marketing Director at Chapman Associates, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who excels in email sequence marketing, social media marketing, and implementing new initiatives while adhering to budget constraints. 


Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive email sequence marketing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions.

- Manage all aspects of social media marketing including content creation, community engagement, and advertising across various platforms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.

- Oversee marketing budget allocation and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources while achieving desired outcomes.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of three years of experience in email sequence marketing, social media marketing, and implementing marketing initiatives.

- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the mergers and acquisitions industry or related field.

- Experience with Infor CRM.

- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Creatio, HubSpot, Selling.com or similar tools.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic design principles.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
