Role Description

This is a full-time Director of Sales role at Thermos L.L.C. based in Schaumburg, IL. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing and executing strategies to drive sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, complete monthly forecasting, be the liaison between Sales and Marketing to implement strategies for new products and identifying new business opportunities. This is a hybrid role, requiring the Director of Sales to be primarily based in Schaumburg, IL, with the option to work remotely for a portion of the time.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven experience in account management and sales
  • Previous Account Management experience with large national retailers, especially Target
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in the consumer products industry
  • Knowledge of retail and e-commerce channels
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to travel 35% per year
