Product Development Manager, Flatware
Do you love food? How about interior design? How would you feel about being a part of the
team that creates the ambience for these experiences on your tabletop?
Lenox isn't just seeking a PD Manager; we're on the lookout for a proactive, hands-on individual who's ready to make a significant impact. As a bridge between product, design, sourcing and our robust sales force, you won't just manage product portfolios – you'll be the catalyst for success, reshaping the way we bring products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role isn't just about timelines and calendars; it's about creativity and collaboration that spans across departments and partners. Dive into challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities related to product innovation, pricing, and customer requests. Be the driving force behind new products, from idea to market.
Navigate our cross functional processes by growing internal relationships with key partners including sales, forecasting, sourcing, design and marketing. Each of our teams works collaboratively to bring the best products to market for the end consumer.
Take the lead in white space identification, design requests, customer assortment recommendations and pricing parameters. When meetings come around, you won't just prepare; you'll contribute ideas, steer discussions, and be a voice that matters.
Requirements:
We're seeking someone who understands the product development life cycle and retail merchandising and analysis. Experience in product development and/or retail buying is required. Tabletop or Home experience would be a plus - someone who understands the dynamics.
Do you excel in solving problems, pay meticulous attention to detail, and have a track record of getting things done? Effective communication and relationship-building are your strong suits. You're comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and know how to manage priorities. Join us in-office 3 days per week for enhanced teambuilding and collaboration.
Your toolkit should include a degree (BA/BS preferred), 3+ years of product development or buying experience in retail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Join Us:
Don't settle for an ordinary job. Join the Lenox team and step into a world of opportunities. You're not just becoming a part of a team; you're joining a family that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and shared success. Together, we'll create a future that resonates with achievement. Let's build something remarkable. Join us and let your enthusiasm spark change
