*This role does require in 15-20 person clients visits per month and you will be required to use your own vehicle*


Pay: $21.15/hr. - $21.99/hr.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of LTC and IHSS service regulations, ensuring compliance while optimizing support for our clients daily.
  • Analytical Brilliance: Dive into case documentation, reports, and financial documents to enhance client wellbeing and support decision-making daily.
  • Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous records in multiple systems, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and tasks completed daily.
  • Innovative Service Planning: Organize and implement service plans using various communication channels, addressing client needs while upholding regulations daily.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, embodying our mission, vision, and values in every interaction daily.
  • Records Management: Manage client and company records with precision, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with regulations daily.
  • Community Connection: Develop knowledge of community resources to support client needs beyond our services, fostering holistic wellbeing weekly.
  • Privacy Protection: Uphold HIPAA standards to safeguard client privacy and maintain compliance with regulations daily.
