As a Staffing Coordinator, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Assist our Facility Staffing Director in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Schedule staff and improve the process of facility scheduling for facility staffing services
- Assist with Interviews and personnel selection
- Verify documentation on employee’s schedules
- Assist with office functions such as processing weekly payroll
- Act as a customer services representative for our facility staffing clients and employees
- Assist with Business development and contracts
A few must-haves for Staffing Coordinator:
- One (1) year experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
- Experience scheduling is a plus.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Business development and sales experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proven organization skills and detail orientation
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
