Escalation Analyst


Hybrid: Alpharetta, GA


6+ Month Contract-to-Hire


This position is a part of our Special Operations team which assists with research in handling and resolving consumer complaint’s/disputes. Position operates as first point of contact/liaison with legal and compliance on all consumer issues.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Work through SLAs ranging from 3-5-day turnarounds
  • Handle all high-level regulatory consumer escalated complaints including Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Attorney General Offices (AG), and all other regulatory agencies.
  • Regulatory compliance for financial claims
  • Identify instances of fraud and investigate fraudulent activities.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working on regulatory compliance claims and complaints
  • Positive attitude and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinking and decision making on questions pertaining to consumer information including Personal identifiable Information (PII), Sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (SPII) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations
  • Has prior relevant training or related work experience
