This position is a part of our Special Operations team which assists with research in handling and resolving consumer complaints/disputes. Position operates as first point of contact/liaison with legal and compliance on all consumer issues.
What You Will Be DoingWork through SLAs ranging from 3-5-day turnaroundsHandle all high-level regulatory consumer escalated complaints including Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Attorney General Offices (AG), and all other regulatory agencies.Regulatory compliance for financial claimsIdentify instances of fraud and investigate fraudulent activities.
Required Skills & ExperienceExperience working on regulatory compliance claims and complaintsPositive attitude and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.Analytical thinking and decision making on questions pertaining to consumer information including Personal identifiable Information (PII), Sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (SPII) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulationsHas prior relevant training or related work experience
