Overview

The Learning Management Systems Integrator will join a team of employees who are supporting the implementation of a new Navy Learning Management System (Waypoints) that is built within the Cornerstone Talent Experience Platform. The Integrator will work to support the mission of implementing a centralized learning management system to be used by Navy civilian employees.


Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to “onboard” new users to the Waypoints platform.
  • Develop and refine an onboarding checklist that will be used by new organizational users of Waypoints.
  • Establish and maintain test environments within Waypoints to support the onboarding process.
  • Test new functionality in staging environments of Waypoints and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Maintain a list of all tasks required by each onboarding organization that must be completed prior to “going live.”
  • Create learning assignments and support development of learning curriculums for new users. This will include developing and delivering customized training sessions and hands-on workshops.
  • Manage Waypoints system access permissions.
  • Support development of written materials that will support usage of Waypoints by employees from across the Navy.
  • Develop and deliver communications briefings to senior leadership on topics such as Waypoints implementation status and the benefits of using Waypoints.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with Cornerstone required.
  • Cornerstone certification preferred.
  • Instructional Design experience preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Eligibility for Secret Clearance required.
  • US Citizenship required.
