Responsibilities:

⦁ Create, fine-tune, and execute a strategy for social media focused on network growth and engagement to ultimately impact top-line revenue

⦁ Create, schedule, and post social media content on all channels focused on the defined KPIs in the strategy

⦁ Utilize Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other content creation tools

⦁ Create a rolling content calendar with content and engagement opportunities planned for 6+ weeks in advance

⦁ Manage engagement across all of MRP's social channels

⦁ Create draft proposals for paid social ads, facilitate communication with vendors for planning and implementation, and monitor results

⦁ Analyze engagement and traffic metrics and adjust social media strategies accordingly

⦁ Train and actively manage the sales team on reposting strategy and enforce participation

Qualifications:

⦁ Proven track record of success in social media content creation that led to an increase in engagement and large network growth

⦁ Prior experience leveraging Google Analytics to shape social media creativity. Ability to derive actionable insights from analytics

⦁ A strong portfolio of social or email design content

⦁ High level of comfort managing simultaneous projects

⦁ Strong scheduling abilities to meet internal KPIs

⦁ Experience working inside of a B: B sales org

⦁ Cross-functional marketing experience

⦁ Experience working and excelling in a start-up environment or analogous ​always-evolving environment

⦁ Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

⦁ Experience managing Google Ads via PPC and SEO campaigns a plus

⦁ Ability to work 5 days/week in an office in Park City, UT

Education / Certifications:

⦁ Bachelor’s Degree but not required

⦁ Minimum of 2 years of social media manager experience, including strategy planning and execution.
