  • Familiarity with rolling machines out.
  • Setting up accounts and user settings within active directory
  • Troubleshooting machines to make sure they are functioning properly.
  • Experience troubleshooting network problems (understanding of TCP/IP, and DNS)
  • Experience support Windows and Mac
  • Windows 10, office 365
  • Mac – Multiple versions (Nice to have)
  • AV Support Experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Prefer experience with 2013, 2016 as well as Office 365
  • Navigation and understanding of Active Directory users and computers
  • Windows 7 and 10 experience. Mac OSX experience a plus.
  • Imaging Systems
  • Understanding of GPO and file permissions
  • Ability to Troubleshoot applications commonly installed on Windows and Macs
  • Comfort troubleshooting hardware of desktops and laptops including Dell, Lenovo and Apple
  • Ability to troubleshoot network problems
  • Understand TCP/IP and how a computer joins the network
  • Internet troubleshooting such as understanding of DNS and traceroute
  • Position will require ability to take phone calls, work at user’s desks and be able to physically move machines
