About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with exceptional problem-solving skills to provide effective technical support to our clients. As a Tier II Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve problems efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as experience with network protocols, including TCP/IP and DNS. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly 2013, 2016, and Office 365, is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in imaging systems, GPO, and file permissions will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical expertise.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
