Position: Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer

Location: Anaheim, CA (travel required)

Salary: 80k – 105k (DOE)


Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Experience in either the mechanical, electrical, or piping, preferably mechanical
  • Participates in the estimating process for customer proposals
  • Participates in negotiations of contracts with subcontractors and vendors
  • Reviews construction documents from subcontractors for compliance
  • Coordinates design and engineering tasks
  • Participates in job progress schedule
  • Purchases all needed materials
  • Participates in reviews and approves subcontractor and vendor payment requests
  • Visits job sites to review progress and quality of work
  • Bachelor’s Degree. PE license (will consider EIT)
  • 1+ years of experience in the MEP industry
