Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. This role is responsible for assisting the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of our multifamily property management business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Director in supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Manage the asset to meet client operational and financial goals.
  • Conduct market surveys and analysis to inform leasing and occupancy strategies.
  • Implement advertising and marketing strategies to promote the property.
  • Ensure timely rent collections and delinquency management.
  • Maintain accurate resident files and ensure confidentiality.
  • Comply with risk management procedures and report any incidents or concerns.
  • Assist with facility maintenance and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations, and promote a professional image.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in residential property management.
  • College degree in a relatable field preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
