Job Responsibilities:

  • Catalogue the service BOMs using the engineering and manufacturing data.
  • Need to work on creating the relevant service drawings using Creo.
  • The person should be proactive and have good communication skills to interact with different cross functional teams and resolve the customer issues.
  • HVAC products knowledge is preferred.
  • Knowledge on SQL is an added advantage.
  • Try to resolve the sales force requests using AS Built data from the different plants of Customer. · Perform data collection from Salesforce.
  • Optimize and automate data collection methods.
  • Strong knowledge on Microsoft tools is needed.
  • Support and resolve requirement conflicts among stakeholders and supplied product actual performance with program leads.
  • Support the review and approval of requirements documentation versus actual product capabilities throughout the sustaining process.
  • Plan and execute qualification testing of HVAC products.
  • Complete modeling and testing responsibilities as required by projects.
  • Collaborate with Quality/Reliability to implement key metrics into the design of the product and ensure all reliability design goals are achieved.



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
