Responsibilities:

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Recruiting, the Account Executive is responsible for the full lifecycle of the sales process. This includes:

Contacting and meeting with prospective clients to establish needs, hiring cycles, gather requirements and build long-term relationships

Managing customer relationships by leveraging resources included but not limited to our CRM

Increasing sales and driving market share through assigned and newly acquired accounts

Preparing and presenting market intelligence and proposals for clients

Partnering with P3’s Recruiting team to identify client opportunities, further qualifying those opportunities, identifying, and presenting top talent, and establishing feedback loop with client.


Educational & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar majors OR military experience

Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B outside sales experience and a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas

Experience in staff augmentation, managed services, or IT highly preferred but not required

Outstanding presentation skills
