Key Responsibilities:

Trade Show Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of trade show strategies, including booth setup, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads from trade shows are effectively nurtured and converted into business opportunities.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and existing leads.
  • Create compelling email content and promotional materials that align with the company’s brand and goals.
  • Segment leads by industry or interest to tailor messaging and optimize campaign performance.


Event Logistics and Coordination:

  • Manage all logistical aspects of marketing events, ensuring seamless execution of event details from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and a smooth attendee experience.

Lead Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of tradeshow and event marketing initiatives, providing insights on lead generation success and areas for improvement.
  • Streamline lead tracking and follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective engagement with prospects.

Client Campaigns:

  • Support the creation and execution of campaigns aimed at promoting product upgrades and additional services to current clients.
  • Use data and analytics to target the right audience and improve overall engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to meet shared goals.
