We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our client's human resources functions, drive efficiency, and support their company.


Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including:


  • HR Strategy & Development: Develop and administer HR plans, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Participate in setting department objectives and implementing innovative HR systems.
  • Policy Management: Create, maintain, and update employee handbooks, ensuring clarity and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits programs, including claims resolution and policy evaluations. Oversee salary surveys, compensation programs, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Compliance & Records Management: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and employment laws.
  • Employee Relations & Development: Manage employee relations, performance management, training initiatives, and engagement activities to build a strong workplace culture.
  • HCM Systems & Payroll: Oversee the maintenance of HR software systems and process weekly payroll with precision and confidentiality.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open communication and encouraging cross-departmental innovation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management, including policy development, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HCM systems and payroll processing.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
