Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive management team and other departments to uncover insights pursuant to internal and external communications plans.
  • Spearhead and manage the development, implementation and management of strategic marketing communication plans and campaigns, including design, messaging, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Working in partnership with agency, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all communication activities.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of messaging across all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Manage the coordination of conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Optimize the effectiveness and impact of Frontmatec current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with executive management and other senior leadership about marketing strategies, programs, and budgets.
  • Maintain and manage all internal marketing-related software and systems.
  • Serve as primary liaison with agency and manage vendors as needed



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; APR certification and/or master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum ten (10) years practical experience in the field
  • Superior leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven experience developing and managing budgets, marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation, marketing Ai and CRM tools
  • Established portfolio of media contacts
  • Desire to grow professionally
