We are looking for a talented and experienced Programmatic Manager to join us at Realtime Agency, a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency. You will be working on some of our biggest accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands, so this is an exciting opportunity to flex your programmatic advertising know-how and oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art digital strategies alongside experts in Social, Search, Affiliate, and SEO.


Your analysis and recommendations will directly support product decisions towards our optimisation strategy. You will need to Be Awesome at designing and executing innovative programmatic campaigns, with strong analytical skills and proven experience delivering results that exceed client expectations. You will need to Dream Big - consistently demonstrating curiosity and investigating new opportunities and tactics, considering the big picture. You will be someone who can deep dive into the details; is proactive, eager, and possesses strong self-motivated qualities.


You will be working in our specialist Programmatic team, with a specific focus on existing web journeys to help solve our business problems and ultimately improve the customer experience. You will Proceed with Purpose - as a key point of contact with our clients, you will need to confidently showcase your knowledge and expertise to develop a collaborative partnership with our key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and execute large-scale programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
  • Own programmatic campaign strategy, collaborating with the client services team and vendors to design innovative campaigns across multiple programmatic DSPs.
  • Present effectively at client meetings, providing clear and accurate performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Implement best practice optimization processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
  • Collect & analyze data, and identify trends & insights to maximize performance efficiency.
  • Manage client communications within key accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and present accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
  • Responsible for driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and executing tests
  • Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
  • Work closely with other internal teams, such as reporting, to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of programmatic.



You’re the right person for the role if you have:

  • 3+ years of programmatic advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
  • Proven track record of success in meeting programmatic campaign KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in DV360.
  • Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
  • Ad platform certifications are a plus.
  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and learning
