Fibergrate Composite Structures, a division of RPM International (NYSE: RPM), is seeking for a full-time Territory Manager who is experienced and highly motivated in the Central California Region (Los Angeles, Thousand Oaks, Anaheim, Irvine, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Santa Clarita). **Candidate must reside in the territory** working from home when not traveling. Ideal candidate to have exposure within a manufacturing environment or industrial sectors.

Compensation package:
- Draw against (starting at $60k) + Uncapped commission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximize revenue throughout defined territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect throughout territory to develop new customers.
- Build relationships with general contractors, engineers, and architects.
- Prepare proposals & presentations.
- Pursues all leads generated from website, referrals, internal, etc.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM during daily practices.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Fibergrate products to sell value.

- Strong ability to generate new business while strengthening existing relationships.
- Strong ability to maintain professionalism throughout entity of sales cycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year degree
- 2 years sales experience, preferably in industrial or engineered product sales
- No restrictions on driving privileges
Successful candidate will be rewarded with:
- Open-ended compensation plan with a monthly draw against commissions
