Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, is embarking on an exciting journey to scale their production of marketing content leveraging GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) capabilities. As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you can join their mission to develop engaging and impactful content for their website (digital articles), social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and email campaigns using a proprietary GenAI tool, as well as support the localization on material towards health care professionals (eg emails or interactive visual aids for the field).


The Project manager/Scrum master is the backbone of this team, tasked with ensuring the seamless operation and delivery of marketing assets. This individual will lead the coordination of content (among freelancers, internal team members), manage project timelines, and ensure that all assets meet quality and volume objectives within set deadlines. We are looking for creative & flexible person to establish new, agile, fast, collaborative ways of working to provide advantages over a traditional agency model. The Project manager/Scrum master will also provide day-to-day support on ensuring team focus on their mission and business value commitment (wave 1- efficiency and Wave 2 - effectiveness) , facilitate asset delivery according to agreed principles and assist business partners in managing assets requests. This role requires significant interaction with all team members to gather feedback, make necessary adjustments, and keep the project on track.

Requirements:

  • Pharma or biotech experience (No Exceptions)
  • 6+ years of experience as a PM and/or Scrum Master
  • Experience within an agile environment
  • Scrum Master experience is preferred
  • Works well within ambiguity
  • Comfortable and effective in a client facing-role


Software proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Zoom for meetings
  • Miro for workshops
  • Figma & Adobe Creative Suite for all graphic work
  • GenAI applications experience is highly preferred (ChatGPT, Midjourney for image generation)


This is a hybrid role and regular check-ins at the Cambridge office will be required, as well as full on-site presence every Tuesday and Wednesday. This position is slotted to go through the end of 2024, with a possibility of extension.


Pay range for this role is $58-68/hr The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
