Position Objective:

Responsible for the management, analysis, and execution of supply contracts within the Luminis Health Supply Chain department to enhance GPO contract compliance, facilitate financial and contracting accuracy, and identify cost reduction opportunities.


Essential Job Duties:

Contract Management and Compliance

  • Maintain contract pricing compliance with GPO contracts and Luminis ERP.
  • Analyze and execute requests for new contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensure the contract management system and repositories are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Perform statistical analysis to support contract awards and optimize price comparisons.

Support and Collaboration

  • Assist in developing requirements for RFPs, bids, and multi-year procurement packages.
  • Collaborate with the value analysis program and Value Analysis Manager for new supply requests.
  • Conduct contract reviews and communicate any compliance-related issues.
  • Work closely with the value analysis program to negotiate and execute contracts on new supply requests.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

  • Evaluate and identify new savings and standardization opportunities between multiple GPO portfolios.
  • Assist in analyzing, tracking, and reporting best practices for benchmarking purposes.
  • Run RFQs, evaluate bids and proposals, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing.


Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or 5 years of healthcare supply chain experience required.
  • Proficient in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, database management, and web-based analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, written, interpersonal, independent thinking, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.

  • There is a reasonable expectation that employees in this position will not be exposed to blood-borne pathogens.
