  • Serve as a Scrum Master for an Agile team, facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and ensuring the team's adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile software development environments.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
