Job Title: Full-Time HVAC Lead Installer

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team on a full-time basis. As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC installers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HVAC installers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Collaborate with the project manager to determine project requirements and specifications.
- Plan and execute HVAC installation projects according to industry standards and regulations.
- Review and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure installations are completed to the highest standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Coordinate with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer, with a focus on leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with blueprints, diagrams, and specifications related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively, ensuring high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
