We're looking for an individual to lead the evolution of The Gardner School’s information systems, delivering a user-friendly and reliable experience for customers and Team Members. This role will work closely with all levels of management within The Gardner School as a trusted technology expert collaborating to develop the infrastructure roadmap for enterprise growth.


Essential Duties:

  • Establish and manage the strategic direction of the company’s information technology systems (IT)
  • Develop and manage technological infrastructure, including organizational information systems, IT support, software applications, etc.
  • Manage the enterprise architecture and implementation and utility of a modern data stack.
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure seamless integration of IT services and solutions.
  • Direct and coordinate professional services such as systems analysis and design, feasibility studies, and programming of information, communication, and office automation systems.
  • Leads the organization’s technology program implementations i.e., manages development projects, resource utilization, budget management and successful implementation.
  • Develop IT policies to support departmental and organizational goals; develop and manage Team Members and department initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.


Role Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical role required, with significant leadership experience preferred.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing and scaling and IT team
  • Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously and make high-level informed decisions.
  • Expertise in software engineering and data management.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
