Position Overview:

We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to develop and enhance software solutions that optimize business operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot system issues, manage provisioning, configure systems, and oversee software deployments. Your work will play a key part in the company's dedication to efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for a customized ERP system, including troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • Manage user provisioning, roles, and module assignments within the ERP environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess reporting needs and maintain SSRS reports.
  • Define requirements for system features and evaluate user experiences.
  • Identify and implement data and system improvements to enhance enterprise performance.
  • Support system upgrades and migrations, with experience in version upgrades as a plus.
  • Maintain databases and servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Administer and support various integrated tools and applications.
  • Provide service desk administration and assist with general IT tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems.
  • Proficient in SQL and relevant programming languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and update stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience translating business needs into technological solutions and documentation.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Preferred: Support experience with additional platforms.
