Job Requirement

  • 5 years IT Project Coordination
  • Zero Trust Framework
  • Oil and Gas Domain experience
  • Able to use SharePoint lists
  • Calendar coordination
  • Task follow up and report out
  • Houston based preferred or San Ramon
  • Accountable for maintaining updates and accuracy of project execution plans in Microsoft project across multiple projects


Required 5 years experience performing the following"

  • Effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels and disciplines to gather inputs on progress and performance
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
  • Tracking and documenting project risks, issues and milestones
  • Manage and lead project tasks as assigned by senior project managers
  • Assist with managing small scale projects under the guidance of a senior project manager - Preparing written project communication materials
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  • Complete tasks to the right accuracy and quality standards
  • Complete tasks efficiently and on time
  • Support the cross-functional team in a helpful and positive manner
