Job Description
A global manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Technician to support a project at their R&D site. This individual support a project to deploy network security appliances (firewall) in their Lab and R&D environment and will be responsible for the end-user computer migration to the Connected Labs environment. They will partner closely with other technicians onsite and the end users during the migration to determine scheduling, maintenance, and support. Additionally, they will maintain documentation related to PC inventory, support related issues, and resolutions. This is an immediate, 12+ month contract and requires 5 days a week onsite at their plants in Midland, MI.
