Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial HVAC projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring precise and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to coordinate efforts and resolve issues during project execution.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of five years of experience as a service coordinator, dispatcher, or similar role in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Candidates must be local to San Jose, CA, and demonstrate a stable work history within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
