CM Printing is a locally owned and operated screen printing service business, dedicated to delivering high-quality custom apparel and promotional products. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to grow.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting Cardin McCoy's screen printing services. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients bring their creative visions to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits and quality of Cardin McCoy’s screen printing services.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the screen printing, apparel, or promotional products industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and sales calls.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
